James H. Seaborn, 83, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at the family residence. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Seaborn was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was employed with Bowater for 32 years. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence H. Seaborn and Kate Bearden Seaborn and his wife of 54 years, Louise "Dinky" Seaborn who passed away on April 30, 2008. He is survived by his son, Roy Seaborn, daughter, Midge Fulbright and husband, Bill Fulbright, Sr. and daughter-in-law, Glenda Seaborn all of Cleveland; grandchildren: Billy Fulbright, Jr. and wife, Sonia, James A. Seaborn and Sunshine Seaborn all of Cleveland; great grandchildren: Matthew Fulbright, Kyler Fulbright and Nicholas Seaborn; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 14, 2008 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Ronnie Kesley officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Billy Fulbright, Jr., James A. Seaborn, Scott Wallace, Richard Mital, Jack Melton and Ricky Gatlin serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the services. His family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, November 13, 2008 at the funeral home.
