Moneta Hayes Ensley, 91, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, December 6, 2010 in a local healthcare facility. She was a member of Big Spring Baptist Church. Her parents, Nathaniel and Julia North Hayes, preceded her in death as well as her husband, Winfred W. Ensley. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Abe Hayes, Sr., and son-in-law, David Carden. She is survived by two children: Pat Ensley and wife Janet, and Sandra Carden, all of Cleveland; five grandchildren: Chris Ensley and wife, Tina of Knoxville, Cassie Collins and husband Denny of Cleveland, Kim McCleary and husband, Gene of Murfreesboro, Carmen McDonald and husband, K.C. of Morristown, and Scott Carden and wife, Stacy of Delano; twelve great grandchildren; her very special identical twin sister, Oleta Hayes; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 8, 2010, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Jim Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens concluding with a white dove release ceremony. Chris Ensley, Denny Collins, Scott Carden, Kevin McDonald, Ty McCleary and Jacob Carden will serve as pallbearers. Her family will receive friends from 12 – 2 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
