Thomas L Lynn

Thomas L. "Tommy" Lynn, 83, a life long resident of Bradley County, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at his residence. He was of the Baptist faith. He had a great love for music, especially the guitar. He was a self employed mechanic for fifty years. Mr. Lynn was the son of the late Henry Lynn and Flora Jones Lynn and was also preceded in death by his wife, Marie Grace Lynn; one sister and three brothers. He is survived by five children: Donnie Lynn of Cleveland, Eugene Lynn of Chattanooga, John Lynn, Faye Lynn and Charolette Mitchell all of Cleveland; several grandchildren; one brother, Carl Lynn of Texas; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2008 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Earl Farris officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Dee Parker, Danny Parker, Gregg Parker, Richard Mitchell, Ronnie Parker and James Williams will serve as pallbearers.
