Majel G Williamson

Majel G. Williamson, 83, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, November 23, 2009 at a local hospital. She lived in Knoxville most of her life and worked in nursing home administration. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Grubbs and Cleo Hensley Grubbs. She is survived by her children, Carol Hollifield of Denver, CO, Hiram Hollifield of Cleveland and Alan Williamson of Danville, VA; five grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
