Richard Edward Hammontree

Richard Edward Hammontree, 54, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, December 11, 2009, at his home. He was of the Baptist faith. His father, Harold E. Hammontree, preceded him in death as well as a step-daughter, Lisa Phillips. He is survived by his wife, Linda Hammontree of Cleveland; mother, Alma Gates Hammontree of Cleveland; daughter, Brandi Bryant and husband Jonathan of Cleveland; three step-children: Toni Payne, Jason Phillips and Rocky Phillips, all of Cleveland; two brothers: Jerry Hammontree of Cleveland, and Jeff Hammontree of Palm Coast, FL; 23 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at Mt. Bethel Cemetery with Reverend Brian Mowery officiating. Jonathan Bryant, Dallas Fannin, Brad Hampton, Danny Hammontree, John Bryant and Dakota Fannin will serve as pallbearers.
