Richard E Harper

Richard E. Harper, Jr., 60, of Cleveland and formerly of Raleigh, NC, passed away Monday, December 14, 2009 in a local hospital. He was an avid fan of Duke University. He loved his family, his dogs and traveling. He was a member of the Chattanooga Kennel Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred Frances Wolfe Harper and Richard E. Harper, Sr. and sister, Sandy Graham. He is survived by his loving, life partner, Jerry Davis; sister, Kay Lindsey and husband, Larry of Lawrenceville, GA; and nieces and nephews, Page Gardenhire, Chester Graham, Jr., Richard Graham, Bryan Lindsey and Michelle Dodd. There will be a silent prayer service on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
