Danny Edward Davis

Danny Edward Davis, 58, of Cleveland, passed away Friday, January 1, 2010 in a local hospital. He was retired from Whirpool. He was of the Church of God faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Davis and stepson, Johnny Burke. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Diane Davis of Cleveland; mother, Eleace Payne Davis of Georgetown; children, Melina Harris and husband, James, Ashley Keith and Misti Davis, all of Cleveland; stepson, Thomas Burke of Cleveland; grandchildren, Eric Harris, Jacob Harris, Dallion Keith and Braxton Keith, all of Cleveland; sisters, Sherry Sines and Tanda Brogdon, both of Cleveland and Lisa Williams of Georgetown; brother, Ricky Davis of Georgetown; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 4, 2010 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor David Bowers and Dewayne Payne officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Tri-County Sportsman League. The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 3, 2010 and Monday, January 4, 2010 from 4:00 – 7:00 prior to the service at the funeral home.
