Dennie Lehman Grant

Dennie Lehman Grant, 62, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2010 at the family residence. She attended Bowman Hills Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was formerly employed with First Citizens Bank. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Grant; parents, Denver Longwith, Sr. and Betty Jo Payne Longwith and brothers, Denver (Dinky) Longwith, Jr. and Robert Longwith. Survivors include the father of her children, Wayne Lehman; children: Joey Mitchel Lehman and wife, Stephanie of Cleveland, Lynn Swafford and husband, Steve of Georgetown, Kevin Lehman and wife, Holly of Cleveland, Tim Lehman and wife, Tammy of Chattanooga and Dana Marshall and husband, Joe of Decatur, AL; 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Donald Longwith of SC, Keith Longwith and wife, Gail of Cleveland; sister, Carmella Guy and husband, Russell of Cleveland and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 27, 2010 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Beecher White officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Chris Lehman, Steve Swafford, Robert Brymer, Robert Lockard, Kevin Mundis and Andy Longwith serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. Her family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
