Beverly Denney, 70, of Cleveland passed away Friday January 4, 2013 at a local hospital. She worked for years at Permacolor, and was active in New Prospect Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Trout Unlimited Hiwassee Chapter, and Family Promise of Bradley County. Beverly loved her God, her church, her friends, and her family, especially great grandbabies! She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota Dec. 21 1942, and was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Lorraine Golden. Beverly was survived by her husband of 15 years, Don Denney; 2 children, Debbie Gibby and husband, Ben, and Larry DeGrie and wife, Judy; 2 stepsons, J. P. and Michael Denney; 10 grandchildren: Danny, David, Donovan and Kakyra DeGrie, Rachel Barrera, Sara Farmer, Jorden Gibby, Brandi Stiles, Taranda Hollifield and Whitney Pickelsimer, and 13 greatgrandchildren: Mashayla, Jinnalee, Jaxson, Addison, Christian, Brooklyn, Aneese, Colten, Sabree, Makaylah, Karmandi, and Declan; one sister, Janet Favorite; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. and a Memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. with the Reverend John McCarty officiating. Memorials may be made to New Prospect Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Friends are invited to a bereavement meal at New Prospect Cumberland Presbyterian Church at 4 pm Monday Jan. 7, 2013.
