Jo Ann Satterfield

Jo Ann Satterfield, 65, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2010 at her residence. She was a production manager with Bishop Bakery for 32 years. She was a member of Southview Baptist Church. She was a very loving and devoted mother. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Pearlie Gibson Standridge; granddaughter, April Cochran; sisters, Ruby Burns and Edith Cartwright; and brothers, Jessie Standridge, Jimmy Standridge, Paul Standridge and John Standridge. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Cochran and husband, Jeff of Georgetown; grandson, Jeffery Cochran and wife, Candis of Eufaula, AL; great grandson, Malachi James Cochran of Eufaula, AL; sisters, Elizabeth Arp of Cleveland, Brenda Black of Athens and Bessie Chastain of Kansas City, KS; very special nephew, Jason Burns of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Larry Chastain officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Jason Burns, Brent Swanson, Sammy Black, Jeffery Cochran, Ronnie Ledford and Ricky Massengill serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. Her family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
