JO ANN NIPPER Jo Ann Nipper, 78, of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, July 1, 2010, in a local hospital. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Theron Smith Nipper and June Cox Nipper. She is survived by one uncle, Richard Cox of Cleveland, and several cousins. No services are planned at this time. Ralph Buckner Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
