Ina Mae Gibson, 84, of Cleveland, passed away, Monday January 7, 2013 in a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Gibson; son, Donald Wayne Gibson; parents, Jay Leonard Collins and Annie Spurlin Collins. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Forsythe and husband, Bryan of Cleveland; one grandson, Zachary Gibson of Chattanooga; daughter-in-law, Karen Gibson of Chattanooga; four sisters: Pansy Seaborn of Birchwood; Frances Brown and husband, James of Georgetown; Beth Mooneyham and husband, Earl; and Clara Stinnett and husband, Jerry; all of Cleveland; four brothers: James Leonard Collins and wife, Betty of Athens; Harold "Buddy" Collins and wife, Mary of Chauteau, OK; Paul Collins and wife, Belinda of Cleveland and Gene Collins and wife, Sue of Georgetown; devoted uncle, Robert "Ford" Spurlin of Huntsville, AL; special friend, Nancy Poteet; and loving caregiver, Fay Hall, both of Cleveland and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 10, 2013 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Earl Farris and Jeff Stinnett officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, January 9, 2013 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
