Jane Elizabeth Locke

Jane Elizabeth Keltner Locke, 90, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at home with family surrounding her. She had been a resident of Cleveland, TN for 38 years, but her Pennsylvania Dutch heritage was never far behind. She was a member of Broad Street United Methodist Church and Fealty Sunday School Class. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her family and her church were always first in her thoughts. Her creativity and talent in painting and needlework were the envy of many and she will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Dwight Locke; her parents, Hazel Ommert and John Keltner; and two brothers, Richard and Robert Keltner. She is survived by her daughter, Dee Dee Locke Finison and son-in-law, Ed Finison; her grandchildren, Danielle and Brett Maize of Cleveland, TN and Bryan and Lee Finison of Tuscaloosa, AL; her great grandchildren, Austin Maize, Chloe Maize, Clark Maize, Trey Finison and Speed Finison, all of whom blessed her and of whom she was extremely proud. She is also survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Jenny Keltner of Chambersburg, PA. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 5, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Broad Street United Methodist with the Reverend Reed Shell and the Reverend Debbie Stokes officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will be on Saturday in Lincoln Cemetery in Chambersburg, PA. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the cemetery.
