Gene Edward Fullbright, 60, of Cleveland, passed away Monday, April 5, 2010. He was a self-employed truck driver with LTD Logistics in Ringgold, GA. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam War. He was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Alice Carter Fullbright. He is survived by his wife, Juanita “Edie” Fullbright of Cleveland; one daughter, Jeannine Morris and husband, James of Cleveland; one son, Mark Norwood of Cleveland; grandchildren, Zachary Morris and Makayla Norwood; sister, Patsy Owens and husband, Jim of Ringgold, GA; and many special friends. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor William Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors. James Morris, Zachary Morris, Mark Norwood, Jeannine Morris, Cory Clewley and Tony Marcum will serve as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. His family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
