Linda Carol Fontana

Linda Carol Fontana, 66, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2010 in a local hospital. She was born May 18, 1943. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Peerless Road. She was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Madelyn Smith; and brothers, Troy Smith and Gene Smith. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Norman C. Fontana; daughters, Rita Fontana Lee, Andrea Mullins and husband, Adam, all of Cleveland, and Brandi Fontana of Nashville; former son-in-law, Terry M. Lee of Cleveland; grandchildren, Tiffani and Billy McAllister, Chloe and Chris Jones, Sheena Lee, Chandra Lee, Monica Lee, Anthony Mullins, Abel Mullins, Gavin Burch and Genesis Burch; great grandchildren, Gabrille McAllister, Gage McAllister, Grant McAllister, Brooklyn Jones and Mike Jones; sisters, Barbara Riggs and husband David of Cleveland and Brenda Little and husband, David of South Mills, NC; sisters-in-law, Rachel Smith of Cleveland and Pat Worthy of Atlanta, GA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor David Riggs and Pastor Steve Wilson officiating. Interment will be Monday, April 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
