Sharon Diana Botts Lee Grant, of Cleveland, was born on May 4, 1951. She went home to be with her heavenly Father Sunday, May 2, 2010 at her residence with her loving family members surrounding her. Her sons and grandchildren were the love of her life. She was an avid animal lover and historian. She enjoyed working in her flowers. She had a great love for her family and was a caretaker for all. She was born and raised in Cleveland and was a graduate of Bradley Central High School. She was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Noah and Jeanette Hooker, Wade and Zadie Botts; her brother, David Dwight Botts; and her mother, Emma Lee Botts. She is survived by her two sons, Jason Michael Botts and wife, Christy and Steven Brent Lee; four grandchildren, Justin Wade Botts, Austin Jace Botts, Kylee Kristine Botts and Brianna Lee; father, Luther Botts; two brothers, Jimmy Botts and wife, Rosa Lee and Dennis Botts and wife, Marcia; one sister, Joyce C. Meneley, all off Cleveland; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Moore and Pastor Benny Watson officiating. Interment will follow in Boanerges Church Cemetery with her nephews, Jimmy Cooley, Andy Cooley, Jody Cooley, Matthew Botts, Barry Botts and Kevin Botts serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. Her family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
