Betty Hackerd Robertson

Betty Hackerd Robertson, 89, of Cleveland, TN and formerly of Forest, Indiana, died on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at a Cleveland healthcare facility. She was a member of Forest United Methodist Church. A 1939 graduate of Frankfort High School, Frankfort, Indiana, she was an operator at Bell Telephone before becoming a homemaker, she enjoyed taking care of people in need and loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Ernest Wayne, her daughter, Diane, parents, Roscoe and Rosetta Hackerd, brothers, Howard and L. Thomas, sister, Viola, and three infant siblings. Mrs. Robertson is survived by her daughter, Gloria and son-in-law, Larry Huber. The Memorial Service will be held at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church in Cleveland on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends in the Narthex at the church following the service. Inurnment for Betty and Wayne will be at St. Paul Cemetery, Forest, Indiana at a later date.
