Mary L Jenkins

Mary Lucilla Jenkins, 90, a resident of Charleston, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015 at the family residence. She was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Jenkins was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Jenkins; two children, Barbara Gotsis and Eddie Lonas; parents, Lee Gibson and Maggie Florence Mass, and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her six children: Linda Womac of Charleston, Shirley Benson and husband, Warren of Riceville, Charles Jenkins of Charleston, William Jenkins and wife, Lisa of Charleston, Robert Lonas and J.L. Lonas both of Charleston; seven grandchildren: Mary M. Farris of Cleveland, Mitchell Jenkins of Chattanooga, Brody Jenkins of Charleston, Michael Benson of Benton, Kelly Benson and Lisa Benson both of Riceville and Cheyanne Farris of Charleston; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 16, 2015 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Jeremy Sneed and Reverend Travis Schafer officiating. Interment will follow in Center Point Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Tommy Brown, Mitchell Jenkins, Robert Carter, Jason Dye, Chesney Bates and Dallas Brown will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 15, 2015 at the funeral home.
