Randall A. Payne, 72, a resident of Cleveland, passed away October 3, 2014, at his residence. He was a member of the Citizens Band Radio Club, loved watching the Atlanta Braves, enjoyed fishing, and cleaning up cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Edna Mae Hyde Payne, two sisters: Annis Van Dyke and Patricia McCracken, and one brother, J. C. Payne.

He is survived by his wife of over 53 years, Abbie Payne; two sisters: Doris Garland, and Ruth Smith of Atlanta, GA, and also several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A private family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
