David Edward Nadig

David Edward Nadig, 48, a resident of Cleveland for the past 20 years, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 7, 2015 in a local hospital. He was a graduate of Northside High School in Jackson, TN. He was of the Baptist faith. David loved gardening, grilling, gourmet cooking and artistic decorating. As a teenager he was a Grand National Champion in BMX Biking. He never met a stranger and was always willing to help others. He was employed with Cooke’s Manufacturing Company.

He is survived by his wife, Hope Nadig of Cleveland; daughter, Tiffany Nicole Nadig of Jackson, TN; 3 grandchildren: BreAnna, Chloe and Isabella; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Nadig of Collegedale;  brother, Mark Nadig and wife, Stacey of Loveland, CO; sister, Susan Nadig Wasselle and husband, Gerry of Anchorage, Alaska; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Caywood officiating. A private interment will be held for the family.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, March 9, 2015 prior to the evening service at the funeral home.
