Mary Ann Guy, 54, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2015 in a Nashville hospice care facility.
She attended Tabernacle Worship Center. She was employed as a nurse at Memorial Hospital serving there for many years. She loved traveling to Disney World and will be remembered as a loving wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Prudhomme and her sister, Linda Valerie Prudhomme.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Guy of Cleveland; mother, Sarah Burge of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and father, Eddie Will Burge and step-mother, Niurka Burge of Fitzgerald, GA; two sons: Jeremy Walker of Murfreesboro, TN and Andrew Walker of Napa, CA; two sisters, Priscilla Pittman of Waynesboro, Mississippi and Tonya Carr of Fairview, TN; one brother, Mark Burge of Franklin, TN; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Daniel Carlton officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and also from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday prior to the service.
