Mary “Mickey” Dixon Wooten, 73, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at the family residence. 

She was an avid golfer and retired from M&M’s after many years of service.

Mrs. Wooten was the daughter of the late E. M. and Cynthia Dixon; and was also preceded in death by her siblings:  Jim Dixon, Doris Goza, Reba Howell, Patricia Ann Dixon, and George Dixon; grandchild, Casey Wooten; brother-in-law, Lake Climer.

She is survived by her husband, Chester Wooten of Cleveland; two sons and spouses:  Vic and Jane Wooten and Ross and Cheria Wooten; siblings:  Nig Dixon and wife, Eva Dixon, Honey Climer,  Audrey Dixon, Sandra Gray and husband, Larry Gray, and Wayne Dixon; sister-in-law, Joy Dixon; brothers-in-law, Wayland Goza and Ken Howell; grandchildren:  Rob Wooten, Sam Wooten and wife, Faith Wooten, Paul Wooten and wife, Rachael Wooten, Anna Wooten, Rachel Burns and husband, Pat Burns and Allix Wooten, Kea Wooten, and Sarah Wooten; great-grandchildren:  Kiley Burns, Claudia Burns, Brodey Grant, Zoey Wooten and Layla Wooten; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 20, 2015 at the Michigan Avenue Baptist Church with Pastor David Peters officiating.  Interment will follow in Michigan Avenue Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2015 at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
