Donnalee Hicks

Donnalee Florence Farrar Hicks, 74, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, December 12, 2014 in a local hospital.  She moved from Oregon and has lived in Cleveland for the past 14 years.  She was a long time resident of Valparaiso, IN and Tualatin, OR.  She is of Lutheran faith.  She was a caregiver for many years at Legacy Meridian Park Hospital in Tualatin, OR.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Florence Zielinski Farrar and brother, Dale Swanson.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, David Lamar Hicks of Cleveland; children, Jeffery David Hicks and wife, Beth of Jamesville, NY, Kevin Crawford Hicks of Clearwater Beach, FL and Randal Lee Hicks of St. Petersburg, FL; grandchildren, Lucas Relkin and Ellena Relkin of Jamesville, NY; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2014 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Sam Melton officiating.  Interment will be held in Chattanooga National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at the funeral home.
