Frieda "Denie" Geraldine James

Frieda Geraldine “Denie” James, 62, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016 in a Chattanooga hospital. She will be remembered for her kind heart and loving spirit. She loved to read and fish. She was passionate about her family and loved her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman Hall and Frieda Reece Hall; grandparents, Janie and John Hall and Joe and Wenoniah Reece; brothers, Frankie Hall, and Jody Hall; sister, Florence Richards; brother-in-law, Perry Fuller.

Survivors are the children she loved as her own, her many nieces and nephews and also a special nephew, Joey Long; four sisters, Carrie Fuller of Florida, Libby Austin and husband, Wes of Cleveland, Judy Calhoun and husband, Charlie of Michigan, and Greta Hancock and husband, Jessi of Cleveland.

There will be no services at this time.
