Ruby Rosalee Everett

Ruby Rosalee Everett, 90, a lifelong resident of Birchwood, TN, passed away peacefully August 23, 2016 in a Chattanooga healthcare facility.

Mrs. Everett was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Everett; daughter, Reatha Klich; parents, Raleigh Pendergrass and Effie Lily Dunn Pendergrass.

She is survived by her children: Fran Ross and husband, Steve of Harrison, TN, Mary Lily Smith and husband, Richard of Chattanooga, TN, and Lynn Gregg and husband, Ricky of Cleveland, TN; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren; two sisters: Dorothy Waddell and Margaret Anderson.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 26, 2016 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Welsh and Pastor Joey Harris officiating. Interment will follow in McInturf Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 25 at the funeral home.
