Jacob Cordell Cook, 24, a lifelong resident of Cleveland passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016.
He was a 2010 graduate of Cleveland High School and of the Methodist faith. He enjoyed following the Tennessee Volunteers football team.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Dwight Cook; paternal grandparents, Ralph and Marchie Cook; and maternal grandfather, Irvin Warnken.
He is survived by his mother, Kimberly Warnken Cook; one sister, Lindsay Becker and husband Steven of Cleveland; one brother; Nicholas Cook of Athens, TN; maternal grandmother, Pearl Warnken of Warrensburg, Missouri; aunt and uncle Cynthia and Mitchell Wilen of Los Angeles, California; two nieces, Peyton and Madison Becker, and nephew, Bryson Powers, all of Cleveland.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 12, 2016, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home and Crematory with Reverend Tim Bracken officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. prior to the service.
