Robert Steve Mann, 64, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, October 10, 2016 in a Chattanooga hospital. He was married to the love of his life, Sandy, for 44 years. He was of the Baptist faith. He was known for his wit and dry sense of humor. He enjoyed being a CB radio operator and always had a passion for NASCAR and hot rod trucks. He was a talented craftsman and engineer and could fix just about anything. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee Mann and Ollie Jane Shook Mann Fox; grandson, “Bubba” Mann. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Hughes Mann; two children, Kirk Mann and Kasey Mann, both of Cleveland; four grandchildren; Autumn Mann, Shanna Mann, River Mann, and Kasin Mann; one sister, Carol Roberts and husband Donald of Morganton, GA; one brother, Michael Mann and wife Renette of Millington, TN; and several nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2016 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Collis officiating.
