Ella Nora Russell

Ella Nora (Nichols) Russell, age 71, passed away Friday, December 9, 2016 at her home.

 She loved her flower garden as well as shopping, but her real passion was her children and taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a kind person and loved her sister’s retreat with her siblings, but most of all she loved the Lord.  She was a member of Spring Place Church of God of Prophecy.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Duane Nichols and Elnora Jeannetta Curry Nichols; sister, Bonnie Nichols and brother, Rocky Nichols.

 Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Edward Russell; five children, Steven L. Nichols and wife Melissa of Chatsworth, Ga., Terry A. Nichols and wife Rose Jenkins of Cleveland, TN, Pearl L. Russell of Cleveland, TN., Jenny L Russell Hamilton and husband James of Cleveland, TN and Ryan D Nichols; six grandchildren, Hope D. Nichols Domingo and husband Domingo Pedro, Adrien Hamilton Snyder and husband Justin, Hailee D. Hamilton, Jaime Jones and husband Chris, Brandon Partin and wife Alicia, Acacia Lawson Branch and husband Brad; eleven great grandchildren; Angelina, Alexiz, Cheyanne ,Michaela Chris Jr., Carlie, Braydon, Ally, Ronnie, Austin, and Wanda Lynn; 12 siblings, Jimmy Nichols, Judy Hanrahan, Robert (Bobby) Nichols, Nancy Myers, Joyce Cottrell,Charles (Chuck) Nichols, Ernest Nichols, Dorothy Emig, Lynell (Moe) Nichols, Evy Wilson, Karen Rittwager and Elbert Nichols. 

 A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Springplace Church of God of Prophecy.

 Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
