Frank Burgan

Frank Burgan, 79, a resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2016 at his residence.  He was of the Protestant faith.  He was a former fire fighter of 32 years for the City of Speedway, Indiana.  He loved country music and fishing. He was a retired Chief of Speedway, Indiana.

Mr. Burgan was preceded in death by his first wife, Violet Ruth Burgan and his second wife, Saundra Sue Burgan; his parents, Ray Burgan and Christabelle Hall Burgan; his son, Roy Lee Miller.

He is survived by his 2 children: George Ray Burgan and wife Lori of Cleveland, TN, and Ramona Gail Boltinghouse and husband, Duane of Indianapolis, Indiana; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild also survive; 2 brothers:  Bill Burgan of Brownsburg, Indiana and Tom Burgan of Lizton, Indiana; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2016 at the Speedway Chapel of Conkle Funeral Home in Indiana.  Entombment will be held at the Washington Park North Crypt in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
