Wanda Ledford Smith

Wanda Ledford Smith, 89, of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, March 08, 2018 at the family residence.  She was the oldest living member of East Side Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dana Ray Smith; her parents, Charlie and Ina Randolph Ledford; daughter, Teresa Ann Ezell; granddaughter, Lisa Smith and great-granddaughter, Ashlyn Lamberth.

She is survived by her children, Dana Bottoms, of Cleveland, George Smith, of Cleveland, Jawauna Layman and husband Rodney, of Harriman; Tammy Kinser and husband, Joe of Cleveland and Charlie Smith and wife Veronica, of Griffith; fourteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; one special friend and neighbor, Fay Innis.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Eastside Church of Christ with Minister Jeff Archey and Minister Bill Maynard officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with her grandsons and sons-in-law serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 12, 2018 at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
