David Freeman, 68, of Cleveland, passed away Monday April 2, 2018, at his home. He was a member of Community Hall Church. He had worked with several furniture businesses before opening his own. He enjoyed camping, fishing, woodworking and rebuilding things. David was a loving caring father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe Freeman and Sue Freeman Beshears and brother, Johnny Freeman.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Joan Freeman of Cleveland; children, Curtis Freeman and wife, Nikki of Cleveland and Jeffery Freeman of Cleveland; four grandchildren, Austin, Amber, Ryland and Arianna Freeman, all of Cleveland; siblings, Linda Lowe and husband, Jerry, Donna Campbell and husband, Ricky and Rodney Chandler and wife, Carol; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 7, 2018 in the Chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Jeannie Cissom and Pastor James Scott officiating. Serving as pallbearers are William Smith, N.C. Cartwright, Tony Whitley, Tim Cranfield, Jesse Cordero, and Jewel Martin. Interment will follow in Flint Springs Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2018 at the funeral home.
