Helga Quedzuweit, 81, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018, at a healthcare facility in Ringgold, GA. She was born in Germany to the late Gustav and Augusta (Schliwinski) Guttschuss. Helga was a member of the Bowman Hills Seventh-day Adventist Church. She enjoyed planting flowers, her dogs, knitting, her church, and, most of all, her family.
Survivors include her husband, Waldemar “Wally” Quedzuweit of Cleveland; children, John (Cathy) Quedzuweit of Loomis, CA and Candice (Dale) Vinton of Grand Rapids, MI; grandchildren, Emma Quedzuweit of Loomis, CA, Ashley (Jeff) Perry of Bonita Springs, FL, Dietrich (Michelle) Vinton of Clinton, MA, and Abigail (Luke) Evans of Orlando, FL; sisters, Linda (James) Albertson of Collegedale and Ursula (Homer) Cook of Apison; a brother, Lothar (Heather) Guttschuss of Placerville, CA; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at the Bowman Hills SDA Church in Cleveland.
